Description

The SAP AI Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven solutions within SAP ecosystems. This includes working with SAP AI Core, SAP AI Launchpad, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and embedded AI in S/4HANA to improve business processes through automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent decision-making. The role encompasses AI solution design, data preparation, integration, compliance, and training of business users on AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy ML models using SAP AI Core, AI Launchpad, and BTP
• Integrate AI into SAP applications (eg, S/4HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors)
• Prepare and manage training datasets; retrain models as needed
• Implement intelligent automation and conversational AI tools
• Use APIs, OData, and JSON for system integration
• Define AI governance and monitor compliance (GDPR, EU AI Act)
• Train users and consultants on AI tools and prompt engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in SAP with AI, machine learning, or data science focus
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or similar ML frameworks
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP BTP, SAP S/4HANA embedded AI
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and model lifecycle
• Familiarity with AI governance and ethical AI practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
